At ENIO, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders from Jersey on the same day, so you can receive your sportswear as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
All orders leave Jersey on the same day, subject to order processing and postal service collection times. Once your parcel arrives with the destination postal authority, the estimated delivery times are:
- Jersey (Local): 1 day
- Other Channel Islands: 2 days
- United Kingdom & Isle of Man: 2–5 days
Shipping Service: Orders sent to the UK, Isle of Man and other Channel Islands are dispatched using a Signed For delivery service.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on postal services, weekends, public holidays and transport schedules. Delivery times to other destinations may vary.

To request a return, please email info@eniosportswear.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps, including the applicable return address and requirements.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
ENIO does not offer free returns. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and with their original tags and packaging where applicable. Items must not show signs of wear, washing or damage caused after delivery.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
REFUNDS
Once an authorised return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and any applicable refund arrangements.
Refund eligibility and processing will be handled in accordance with our policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
