Estimated Delivery Times

All orders leave Jersey on the same day, subject to order processing and postal service collection times. Once your parcel arrives with the destination postal authority, the estimated delivery times are:

• Jersey (Local): 1 day
• Other Channel Islands: 2 days
• United Kingdom & Isle of Man: 2–5 days

Shipping Service: Orders sent to the UK, Isle of Man and other Channel Islands are dispatched using a Signed For delivery service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on postal services, weekends, public holidays and transport schedules. Delivery times to other destinations may vary.

Important Delivery Information

• Signed For delivery: Our listed postal service requires a signature upon delivery.
