RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

ENIO does not offer free returns. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and with their original tags and packaging where applicable. Items must not show signs of wear, washing or damage caused after delivery.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

REFUNDS
